October 8, 1988. Of the 25 people who were being transferred from Yeongdeungpo Prison in Seoul to Gongju Prison, 12 stabbed a prison guard with a weapon, escaped, and sneaked into downtown Seoul. One of these people is Ji Kang-heon, who left the statement, ‘innocent hereditary, guilty by indefinite condition.’

Ji Kang-heon was not a violent criminal but a miscellaneous criminal. However, due to the protective custody system under the Social Protection Act, he must be subject to먹튀검증 protective custody even after completing his prison sentence, and he, who stole 5.6 million won, will have to spend as many as 17 years in prison. Chun Doo-hwan’s youngest brother, Chun Kyung-hwan, who is known to have embezzled 7 billion won, He was dissatisfied with the fact that he was sentenced to 7 years in prison and released after less than 3 years, so he escaped.

With such dissatisfaction, Ji Kang-heon stabbed a prison guard, escaped, and wandered around Seoul. From October 15th to 16th, he took hostages with three other people, including An Gwang-sul, Kang Young-il, and Han Eui-cheol, in Bukgajwa-dong, Seodaemun-gu, before being shot dead by the police.
